At the bottom of that flight, it lands face-up, recording a very stunned-and-then angry young boy in a boy tie, staring at the remains of the two grocery bags he just dropped.]

Well, I know for a fact it hasn't been operational in at least 5 months.

Why don't they fix them? It's really tough for people with short legs.

Building maintenance at the towers, the conveniences of immigrant residence, are unfortunately not on top of the city's budget priorities...or SERO or AGI's. I've written them about it before. Apparently, we ought to just be grateful for the free room and board.

I'm not ungrateful for that. Especially since outside is so dangerous. But I've had problems with this location.

Um, I don't know anyone around here, and I don't think I could make enough to get my own place polishing shoes or running errands or delivering papers.

I do know there's a girl here who rents a house with her friends, they sublease rooms there. Perhaps there's a place for you there, I believe they also live with a boy around your age.
