[The video begins with Kabuto leaning against a wall of one of the random buildings, having finally gotten his bearings enough to manage to find something that would prove a nice location point. Really, he wasn't going to stick around in an empty space for long, even with feeling a good bit like hell. Even with his outward appearance seeming tired and ragged, he tries to maintain a somewhat neutral expression and tone.]
Tell me, those of you that will actually have something to say about this place, is everything in such a horrible state as these disgusting and run-down looking buildings? I can’t imagine anything working in this place if everything is in the same exact state, which begs the question of how many have already turned into vultures that feast off of what little others have and what bodies they’re willing to pick the decaying meat from.
[A soft bit of a chuckle escapes from him, pushing up his glasses which easily catch the light with a bit of a malicious glint if glasses could do such a thing. The neutral expression has changed into a bit of a smirk instead, head tilting slightly to the side to regard the device once more.]
Unless you wish to tell me that everyone works together and that everything is sunshine and daisies, which I fully expect to hear from some particular individuals if they are wandering this city as well. But don’t let me stop you, no, no, do prove to me that my theory is correct. Or prove me wrong, either one will serve the purpose.
