001: [Accidental Video] About a half hour before the sirens
[The feed clicks on to blue--and a minute later Kisame moves so that he's not basically laying on the camera and his face appears at a crooked angle. He's not in good shape, if the blood all down his chin and neck is any indication. He groans and disappears from the frame for a second and the image swings around to show the darkening sky, flashes of the baseball diamond, and then the ground all very quickly.
There is the sound of coughing and Kisame reappears in the frame to spit blood on the ground. Classy.]
What--
[His voice sounds thick, like maybe his mouth is numb, and he presses his hand to his head before shaking it and trying to look around. He doesn't get very far before he curls in on himself and the picture switches to his knee and the ground. There's something big and gray in the grass not far away. It's moving and making a gurgling sound but Kisame doesn't seem to be paying attention.]
This isn't that island. ...Where am I?
[The good news, considering the time, is that he sounds stronger by the word. The bad news is that the gurgle suddenly becomes a lot louder and more insistent. There's a flash of a large, toothy mouth and Kisame snarls in surprise before the feed cuts.]
