[Oh man, crying kid.] Hey, you okay? What's wrong?

[Lots of incoherent blubbering sounds go here. She's more than a little distraught, okay. It worse than a pet pony dying. It's worse than a thousand ponies dying. That's how bad it is.]

Shhh, hey, it's okay. [He lowers his voice and makes it as gentle as possible.] What happened?

[More headshakes. She looks vaguely defeated.] I can't find Lottie. So... [sniff] so you can't find Lottie either.
