...unfortunately, we do not have the benefits of the government's sanctions here. Otacon is planning to acquire some by other means, but for the moment, I plan to recover some through... less than legal means. Will you assist?

There should be a map in your NV. I'll send you the co-ordinates of the target. Mostly, I'll need you to keep a look out and take care of anyone who might interfere. Non-lethally, or lethally, it doesn't matter. However, since it will be a night time operation, you'll need to be able to handle some of the monsters as well, so you might need both types of ammunition if you plan to take down anyone living non-lethally.
I doubt many people will be out, but you can't be sure.

As soon as possible would be advisable. I was going to go tonight, but if you need a longer time to acquire what you need, I can delay it.

I'll see how quickly Emmerich can get the tranquilizer rounds ready. If he cannot finish it in time for tonight, I could always just use lethal.
