Opening his mouth to speak, he sneezes unexpectedly and covers his mouth with a tissue, sitting in an armchair with a window depicting daylight behind him and the orange glow of the fire bathing his features from one side - in the background, a vase shatters with the force of unleashed reiatsu and, upon closer inspection, he might have laid waste to quite a bit of his home that very morning while Rikku was out, pictures askew on walls, books torn in half. His eyes are slightly reddened, his pallor drawn and sweaty, and he hates the fact he can't help but sniff a couple of times as he speaks.
It's less than dignified, but in all honesty he's sick and tired (no pun intended) of suffering because of a common cold. When he finally quiets his raspy throat, his voice is dry and ordinarily collected gaze wearing damply spiked lashes. ]
