[When she speaks, she sounds somewhat more irritated than usual, which is an achievement.]
One of my greatest dislikes are fools who foolishly complain about their fooleries while not taking any steps to possibly be any less foolish. Certainly, it may be because they are simply incapable of changing their circumstances, but dwelling on matters they can do nothing about only serves to make them more miserable and far less enjoyable to be around, which only, of course, adds to their misery.
The fact of the matter is that unless you have any special powers that grant you immortality and invincibility, you, perhaps soon, perhaps not, will die someday and this is inevitable. So, it is silly to worry unnecessarily about this outcome so much that it interferes with your enjoyment of life. Because miserable people are irritating people and thus are far less likely to have friends, which greatly increases your chances of dying alone! I, myself, have never been particularly worried about my own death, or about having friends, but at least I'm aware of which one of these is far more easily resolved!
...Isn't that right, Miles Edgeworth?
