Those parents should never had the opportunity to have children. The one problem with humanity being fertile is that there is no screening process for people who will endanger the lives of children. They should be stripped of any rights they have for letting this happen to their own flesh and blood.

That's two accounts of parental negligence this week...

It is troubling.

This city has such a stigma against newcomers, and yet we've managed not to kill any of the children who have arrived in this place.

Something needs to be done.

There are parental planning programs offered throughout the city...but few take advantage of them, as it's not required.

The issue, of course, is the current climate and economic disparity- you read the report yourself. The air conditioning unit wasn't afforable.
