[This is not Loz’s phone. He knows it’s not, because it doesn’t have the little gash in the screen from when the Turk lady threw it to try and keep Loz from taking it. It LOOKS like his phone, but it’s not. So he’s just staring at it for a moment before he starts messing with the buttons. These look a little different, light up when they didn’t

Brother.

Yazoo!
[He sounds elated.]
Knew you were here--where are you? Are you okay?
[Because last he knew they were both kind of dissolving and dying and exploding. And that wasn't fun at all.]

We are fine, at the Sector Six Church.
[He remembers that moment as well, the two of them leaving to join their brother.] I'll come get you.
[It was better that he did, after all. Kadaj would merely be cross at how late the other was.]

[You can't see it, but he's turning around. And turning and turning, until he can feel the direction Yazoo is coming from.]
This way.
...I'll wait here.

Mmm. Don't scare the humans Loz, they're fragile.
[And it's with that that he leaves the Church and makes his way over, only about a eight minute drive at very illegal high speeds on a stolen motorbike.]

[He frowns and waits. Talks a little more to the other people through his NV, but stops when the wash of connection that is Yazoo gets strong enough for him to almost hear it.
He turns at the sound of the engine, although that isn't really what gets his attention, and starts forward to meet Yazoo on the bike--not worried about hitting him or anything, Loz could catch the bike if he had to and he knows it.]

[Seeing his brother, the Remnant smirked at him and pulled up to a stop. No greeter in sight? He wasn't suprised.]
Kadaj is annoyed with you. for being so late. [But they were both glad to see him, that Yazoo could tell.]

I didn't mean to be late...
[It's said with a bit of a whine, his glowing eyes downcast.]
We were just fighting Big Brother--we were gonna go together. I don't remember anything between! That one guy said you were here for weeks without me.
[He dips his head lower.]
'M sorry.
Reply
You are not going to cry, are you? [A magnanimous smile, but he's teasing, gentle touch of his mind to Loz saying so.] You've come to be with us now, past that matters little.
[He extended his hand, motioning to his bike. Hope aboard, bro.]

[The quaver in his voice says otherwise, but after a second he lifts his head again.]
I just...I really didn't wanna be alone. Didn't wanna leave you and Kadaj alone either. 'M sorry.
[In Loz's mind, his inability to get here in time means he let his brothers down somehow. Considering his entire purpose is to support them, this is a pretty heavy hit to that Sephiroth-level pride of his.
Still, when Yazoo gestures for him to get on, he smiles and pushes back the feelings of FAILURE, jumping onto the back of the bike and crouching on it, one hand braced on the seat and the other held outward slightly, to keep his balance.]
Are we gonna go see Kadaj? Is he okay too?
Reply
At Mother's church. He's...Well, you'll see.
[He's fine, that much enough he'll tell the other, as their speed continues to rise and they weave though the rest of the streets like a liquid rather than a solid.
It was good to have everyone back.]

[That much is painfully obvious, and should be to both of them. Happy to see him, maybe, full of conflicted emotions, but still definitely angry. But this is Kadaj, that's really quite normal for him.
Loz shifts slightly to account for the motion, holding relatively still save for subtle movements to keep his balance as they speed through the city. He looks around as they go, taking in the sights with a slight frown.]
Hey Yazoo?
[He leans in closer, full of both curiosity and confusion, voice raised slightly to be heard even if he knows he doesn't really have to.]
Where are we?
Reply
His brother at his back, this is mildly familiar. Yazoo, who usually likes his space, minds it not for the moment, as they weave their way into Sector Six.]
Siren's Port. [His voice remains the same, whipping back against the wind.] Mother brought us here.

[He frowns a little in concentration; that name doesn't mean ANYTHING to him at all, which is strange. Normally the names of places bring up some flicker of knowledge, some recollection from somewhere deep and distant from the entity he considers himself.]
Guess if we're all together it doesn't matter where it is.

[And he stops in front of the church, killing the engine and putting the kickstand down before dismounting. Time to go face Kadaj.
...But don't worry Loz, he would let the littlest hurt you too much.]
Reply
He follows in perfect step, jaw tight, careful to stand straight, automatically blaring out feelings of trepidation and guilt. He wants to see Kadaj, but he knows he is in so much trouble.
Loz gives a thick swallow and moves on into the church.]
