I've undergone extensive gene therapy and DNA mutation to make me highly adaptable and resistant to environmental changes, including stranger ones like zero g and radiation. I've also undergone invasive cybernetic surgery, augmenting my strength, speed, agility and durability. Most people can't match me for speed or strength, but here...don't know how true that holds.
I'm almost immune to disease, poison and parasitic intrusion. I wear a close-fitting combat suit that further augments my agility and reaction time, though I'm used to much heavier. I have extensive training -and- experience with ranged combat, and can reliably hit a moving target at the limit of my vision range, which is 20/20 if not better. I'm also trained in a variety of hand-to-hand combat techniques, focusing on the plasma blade and plasma whip, which I was fortunate enough to keep when I came to this blasted cesspit.
My blood type is O Negative, I'm six foot, three inches and weigh just over two hundred thanks to my cybernetics. I'm not a long walks on the beach kind of girl either.

Fine, I'll get Riku's ComStats, and I'll gather the ones from any volunteers I get. Right now people are more interested in telling me why it won't work though, so I don't expect much to come of this.

I wonder if they've been targeting only people who rely on their powers for defense. I'm not powered for example, he'd have to deal with me on a purely physical level.

I've been thinking along the same lines. It'd be really lucky for us if we could get to the point of predicting the next target, but I don't think we've got enough clues yet. "People without hand-to-hand combat skills" is still a huge pool.

There's a girl who's been teaching self-defense in the tower apartments, she might know better who doesn't know self-defense.

Not surprising. Nobody wants to see people led straight to their deaths.
Knowing what our own strengths are, though, I can come up with a good defense. If not offense.
