Well, it depends on how set in stuff is too... soaking in cold water can help with some really stubborn things. But, like, if you got paint or something on them? That's usually there for keeps! Unless it's water-based.

Could you afford secondhand stuff? If you can pick up some things like that I can adjust them how you want, too.

If you search up a second hand clothing store you should do okay for funds, at least! You can get some great stuff at those places for cheap!
