Hi, everyone. I hope you're all doing okay lately. Everybody seems to have adjusted really fast, even with the earthquake and all the scary stuff that's been going on lately... nobody new arrived in all that, right? It would be pretty scary to get here during that kind of disaster, it's bad enough already, you know?
Everyone's really capable. {She sighs.} Even when we don't have that much.
It's still kind of weird to think about everything going straight back to normal though, after all those people got hurt. And then there's finding an apartment and deciding about school and things... there's supposed to be some kind of fund to help newcomers with college, right? But what about if you're still in high school? {pause.}
I kind of figured out a job before, I guess. At a restaurant. It got messed up in the earthquake though, so I don't know if it'll still be around now, for a while.
I did manage to get some tips though! And I found a clothing and fabric shop too, ummm... I like to sew. And I'm pretty good at it! So, um, if anyone has secondhand stuff they want mended of adjusted, I can do that. {...} My name's Shiki Misaki.
