The weather for today is warm and sunny with high fluffy clouds and short periods of light scattered sunshowers in the afternoon. High of 20°C and a low of 14°C (68°F/57°F).
Morning sirens will go off at 6:00 am, and evening sirens will go off at 9:30 pm.

Apartment Explosion Deemed Accidental
The article comments on an explosion in an apartment building yesterday. The apartment was located in Sector 4, at the north edge, in the top floor of an apartment complex. The apartment was thoroughly destroyed, though there were no casualties.
After investigation, the authorities have deemed it an accident - it seems that the stove was left on and gas filled the apartment, so when a light bulb exploded, the gas lit up and blew out the apartment. Though no casualties were reported, authorities are currently investigating whether the building's structure is maintained despite this explosion.
Due to the accidental nature, this explosion is not being linked to the previous series of explosions. There is a small note that the apartment belonged to the subject of previous news articles - Light Shiraga.
Darkness Fear Tour Causes Controversy
There is a quick article on an upstart company that has recently started to do 'fear tours' during the Darkness, after night sirens go off. The tours are meant to challenge people who seek thrill and adventure, and are conducted from a sort of safari bus with little protection from the Darkness. There have thus far been no casualties involved in this particular business venture, but the company has a very comprehensive waiver form.
Several human rights agencies and other companies are protesting this fear tour, stating that it's far too high-risk and could present a negative example for people who are at risk of going out into the Darkness out of suicidal tendencies, bravado, or for other reasons.
