You were a chief of security. This is your prime time to put a foot forward in action.
That said- I.... don't think we should speak of company aid in terms of our sacrifice. Negotiations will take some compromising, of course, but... I hold serious doubts we'll reach consensus. It's in the interests of AGI and SERO both to hold footing close to the Core, and I suspect the city will only permit them to remain in any control of the property if they're doing it under the pretense of civic duty, of newcomer assistance.
If we frame it in understanding of that, we might be able to gain a bit more.
How long will it take to re-seal the areas that are still structurally sound?

I don't wish to lie to everyone. It's not an easy decision, but I do agree with you, that framed in that way, it might be better.
At the most? A few more days.

We only need to appear an appealing enough noble cause. I'd be safe in assuming their public relations want to disassociate themselves with the position of our attackers?
Then I think efforts ought to focus on securing a partial inspection of a few habitable floors. There's no reason newcomers shouldn't be able to double up on occupancy.
