[Phibrizzo smiles cheerfully at the camera on his NV device before he directs it at the man standing behind him. The man doesn't look entirely with it, but maybe that's because he's browsing absently through paperwork and has better things to be doing.]
Everyone, this is Mark Stone. He took over the Uzushio Ryokan after Madara Uchiha left Siren's Port. C'mon, Mark. Wave at the camera.
[At the instruction, the man pauses from his paperwork, looks at the camera and waves at it for a few seconds before going back to the stack of papers in hand.]
Anyway, he wanted me to tell all of you that the Uzushio Ryokan is hiring and Newcomers are welcome. But he's really busy, so I'm helping him out with this since he's letting me live there like I did before.
(OOC: Mark is an AGI NPC under the influence of Phibrizzo's mind control and has been since Madara left. However, the mind control shouldn't show through unless a telepath comes and talks to the man in person)
