Come to think of it, there was a lot of baking on the network today....But I didn't bake anything so I don't know why these guys think it's a good idea to follow me around. You'd think they're more attracted to food...

Has to be something in the drinks. [Another bite. Everything she's made basically looks really weird, but tastes quite good.] I'm decidedly not domestic, and I yet wound up in the kitchen for hours.

[Good boy. And really, the only reason her baking is edible is that she found cookbooks. Otherwise, it'd be a complete disaster. She was raised to fight. Not to bake.]

Possible. Or they were just stupid enough not to test out their new products before inflicting them on the general public.

Assuming all the effects were as benign as the ones we're under. [Notice how she's not complaining about suddenly being a baker? Way different from the costume fiasco.

[She finishes off the cookie, and glances over at the tray of festive-looking cinnamon rolls.]

[Dante does see the rolls on the tray. For once he's craving something that isn't pizza. But...]

Those look delicious. But uh...There's already feathers all over my shop, no need to spread them to your place.

Who invited you? [No, really. She hadn't extended any invitation. And she might be saving one for Rochelle, but the rest are hers, thank you. Because cinnamon rolls are awesome and she ain't wasting them.]

[Dante smirk widens a little. An invitation? He's never considered whether or not he gets one. Though...the parties he likes to crash aren't the domestic type.] Does it matter, if I said I'm not coming anyways?

I suppose not. Though if you'd shown up without an invitation, I wouldn't have been letting you have any. [Not that he knows where she lives. And she doesn't share baked goods with crashers. So there.]
