[The video feed turns on to reveal a blur of motion, it’s pretty much impossible to make out any recognizable shape seeing as the person with the NV is moving at speeds well beyond that of sound. Then abruptly, it stops and open sky can be seen and then the masked face of Kid Flash is visible from an angle that takes it look like his NV is attached

It isn't, really. [ But he's beaming anyway. He may look like a super, but he's really just a big boy at heart. ] You try to get up to full speed you'll end up ricocheting off the island if you misstep. And then it's back to being washed up dead a few days later.

But I'm sure we can work something out--or just try not to trip.
