This might seem an odd question, but how does one commemorate another's death here? I was told that there is a cemetery but because of what happens at night, most people are cremated and their ashes are sent away from the island. Is there, perhaps, a memorial of some sort for the unnamed deceased or perhaps something very generalized for others to visit?

What do you do when you wish to honor someone who's died or has disappeared from this place? Or to remember someone from home who has passed away, even if they've never come here?
