This Halloween ... it is a strange custom. I do not know the purpose to wear attire that depicts creatures not of the mortal world. Is this a necessary thing?

Well, my costume's certainly mortal!

I'm trying to see if I can make these wings cause levitation as long as they're worn on the wearer's head. I've seen it done before with invisibility, but levitation might be a bit trickier.
