Why wouldn't it be? It's a bad road to go down, I think - but if it's possible to make a bunch of people think they're in a haunted house overnight, or put them in a space ship, and forget who they really are, why wouldn't it be possible?

I want to know what the reality is. And if we're really here just at random, for no reason...

I don't know if it would necessarily make this place any less real, knowing that it's all in a computer. [ Her voice is thoughtful. ]

I can see your point of view... but I still want to know why. The world I was in before, it seemed like we'd been brought in for some loose kind of purpose, terrible as it was, so that this one should just seem to have none...

I don't think you should. It's a good thing to ask questions. Not everyone does.

It's still important... the people here, the lives we lead. What happens to people. It's so real, that even if it's not the real world, the suffering people feel isn't erased...

But if we're being snowed, I want to know.
