[This video is made around noon today, and when it turns on, sirens are going off; bright flashes of light from the police cars stationed around what can be seen as the Newcomer Community Center.]
There's been a bomb threat at the Newcomer Community Center. I suggest that everyone stays away from the block for the next few hours. [Raul turns the camera to his face.]
They're still evacuating the building, but seeing as it was the middle of the day, not many people were in the offices. The clinic has already been evacuated of all doctors and patients.
[After this official sounding speech, Raul looks incredibly angry.]
We have been getting various threats from several groups, all anonymous of course, but around ten this morning a package was dropped off at the office addressed to the Newcomer Political Party. There was a ticking sound coming from the box, and the police were called.
[Calm down, Raul. Calm down. He's about to say more when a policeman comes over to him, clearing his throat.]
We've opened the package, Mr. Creed.
Was there a name anywhere?
No sir, there wasn't. And it wasn't a bomb, either. It was a clock attached to several bags of candy, with a note that said "gotcha".

...Someone sent a fake bomb to joke about blowing up our building!? I'm going to KILL them!
