Cost of living going up while pay stays the same? At least some things never change. I've done plenty of research into places to live and cost of rent around the city, but I do have a question. Isn't there a way to keep your Newcomer apartment? I swear someone said that to me once.

In unrelated news, there should be a Judy Blume book about getting your powers. With all the talk lately, the thought of waiting is killing me.
