[It seems as if someone's found his way to the top of a very tall building, he's casually standing on a ledge but doesn't seem to fear falling at all. There's still daylight left but it's fading fast and the man doesn't seem to care at all. His gaze is fixed on the city below him as if searching for something.]
So this is Siren's Port. Strange, I expected it to be...more. [He doesn't clarify what it should be more of.] It reminds me of Sodom and Gomorrah, all that sin lurking beneath the surface just waiting to show itself.
[The sirens sound then but the man shows no sign of wanting to move inside. Instead he crouches on the ledge, perfectly balanced as if he was just waiting for the darkness - for the Seep to crawl over the island. He addresses the NV then.] Good evening, citizens. It seems I'll be joining you in the city for a short while and it's only polite that I introduce myself. My name is Michael. [Just Michael - no need to give them his full title.
He smiles and to someone who doesn't know him it looks like a perfectly normal smile but to his siblings it's merely a facial expression.] It seems quite a few of my siblings are here. Brother, we must find time to have a chat.
