What is this...

[The voice that echoes over the NV is a softly feminine one. It sounds a little shaken and confused, rather lost. There's something about it that might seem discomforting. You can use a NetVice either to communicate with anyone who chooses to listen and answer, or with a specific person. You should be aware that when you use in the first fashion, anyone at all can listen in; even when you send a message to a specific person, those who are good with this form of communication can eavesdrop.
