I've had calls all morning about whether or not there will be some sort of police presence down by the diamond because of what happened to Himawari. The answer is yes, obviously, though I'm not sure what good it will do now. I'm sorry about what happened to her. We are. I was unable to find policy ditating minors' mandatory treatment as if they are of age of majority or if this was a special case.

He's not a minor. His ID says he's eighteen. Further, he was offered his one phone call. Standard procedure was maintained. If he didn't take it, then that's his prerogative.

I was informed this morning that he doesn't have his NV. He's not my case, either.

He is fifteen. Sixteen if I've missed his birthday. An Xray of growth plates and dental records will confirm. Children often refuse to call for help when they need it - it is why we were courting his consent for gaurdianship.

[His tone changes a bit - as if he were dealing with his son, a tad angry, highly annoyed, and disapointed.]

I was unware he was a false ID. Something Ms Frost and I will discuss with him later.

We can't exactly run those sorts of scans, Dr. Xavier. In fact, we don't even think to do that when he has a valid ID that says his age.

A portable wray machine would do so. It would seem prudent now that you have the knowlegde the ID is fake. If there is someone else I should be speaking to, if you could provide me the information I will.
