In that case... I think it's better to look for something else to work towards. But if your dream is really important, you have to try not to give up no matter what! Even if it seems hopeless, there's always a chance.

But when something like that happens, maybe you could find another purpose. Like- you could live to protect your friends from all the bad things in this city, so you can be able to see them keep on smiling.

That's a great purpose. I don't know if it's a dream, though... Which is what my heart must be missing the most right now. I'm going to protect my friends, no doubt about that. I'll always try to protect what's important. And I'm going to find a house for them to live in and keep working at my job here... I've got a lot of different things to do. Just no dream to chase.

Well... Maybe your dream could have something to do with things you like to do! Like, if there was someone who liked to sing and they wanted to be a professional singer one day. What kind of stuff do you like?

A lot of the stuff I like wouldn't make the best dreams... I'm never going to be a master stargazer or a master exerciser.

I don't think I really have much of a purpose as long as I'm here, either. But someone told me they were happy because I'm always smiling... I think if I let something like that get me down, I'd be letting my friends down, too! So until I find something important to work for, I think it might be enough just to be there for them.

Yeah, definitely! I'd do anything to make sure my friends were happy. They're more important to me than anything else.
