He had informed himself as best as possible by asking questions of the greeter, but it seemed to him that asking a wider audience would be beneficial. Er-- I'd tell you all that, cept I dunno if you already got information or whatever. But there's loads o' places to work-- just depends on what you're good at.

[He listens and ponders for a moment, and strokes his beard]

Well, I am quite good at eating as you may have guessed. [Said with a grin and a bit of a laugh]

Well, I have always enjoyed serving people. A tea shop would be best, I have owned my own tea shop which was quite prosperous and fufilling, but there is no shame in starting as a server.

[He grins.]

Well, let's see. I work at the Uzushio Ryokan, that's always hirin'. You basically serve tea and towels and whatever else the people want. Once you get some money round here, though, you could open your own place.

[tea_lover64]

The Uzushio Ryokan. [He repeats it to make sure he gets it, he smiles at the man] That is most helpful, thank you. [Inclines his head]

Yes, it is shame to be taken away from the place I already had made... however it is always exciting to start fresh! [You can see the excitement in his eyes]

[He pauses and strokes his beard for a moment]

Though I may change the name, the one I chose seems to have bad luck.

[Iroh ponders for a moment, wondering how much to reveal]

Well... I had it taken away from me once before after I had gotten it started. I did not see it for some time after, and it seems only a short time after getting it back I was transported here. It makes me think that perhaps the Jasmine Dragon might have upset a spirit.

[That should suffice, no need to bore the man with excessive details]

Huh. Well, you's in another world, so probably ain't no spirits can get pissed off if you try it now.

Hmmm, you may have a point, but it is difficult to change my view so quickly. I am fond of the Jasmine Dragon as a name though. It rings of a certain peacefulness and prestige I believe. [He really does like the name]
