I think its in sector four, but I'm not really sure. There are a couple of hospitals if you are worried about it in the corporate run territories. If you aren't dead you don't turn into a darkness monster is the word on the street.

[She's fairly certain he's mad] What's Xavier's school? I go to St. Trinian's. Some people call it a school for playground terrorists and criminals in training. A lot of the girls like to blow things up. We have a lot of explosives.

Of course its fun, explosions and stuff are part of life. Most people are completely chicken-shits though. Yeah sort of like magic, but often more specific. Magic is all random, powers are kind of specific.
