I guess since I'm new, I should be interested, although I guess you can say that I'm interested even if I wasn't.

I suppose for the Newcomer Apartments Working Bee event, I'm curious as to how long the working hours will be if there are any times set specifically. I was going to ask about the marathon too, but that would be a silly question to ask since the route hasn't been finalized.

[He'll be at both, if not to seem like the hard working, helpful citizen. And it's good to see who else is here. He likes to socialize.]

'Newcomer' is used here as a term to mean those not native to the Port -- and as you have access to this network, then I assure you that you fall squarely into that category. Nevertheless, no, we haven't mentioned times. I was planning to put those on the fliers, but the working bee will occur anytime during the daylight in which people are willing to provide their labor, as I'm unwilling to risk lives for a volunteer endeavor.

The marathon will start at noon at the earliest, as I would like to allow people enough time to participate properly without having to oversee things all day, and allow people with prior commitments to at least participate in part of the length when they're able to do so. Thus, they can gather pledges for running a certain incremental distance, not necessarily just the entire route.

Does that adequately answer your question?

I'm just a bit overenthusiastic to be able to help out in any way.

A marathon with a lot of leeway. I like that, although I'd probably enjoy finishing the entire route anyways.

I believe those answer all my questions pretty much. My only other question would be if we'll be updated about any after event gatherings for everyone to perhaps relax and unwind after the hardwork. Not that it's required to have or anything.

Oh, so you are expressing interest in a karaoke session for afterwards? In any case, it's rather heartening to hear that there are enthusiastic people such as yourself present in this city.

Your name?

Not exactly karaoke. I don't know whether I'd sing well or makes ears bleed. But I guess anything is fine. You can say I like to help out a lot.

Dick Grayson. A pleasure to meet your acquaintance.

It's just that my, ah, friend has expressed interest in a karaoke session -- I, personally, don't care about winding down afterwards.

And it's a pleasure in return, Mr. Dick Grayson. [ pause ] Have you sung karaoke before?

I guess your friend is fond of them then? You can ask to see what others might want to do after. Like a suggestion inquiry or something.

I haven't. It's not usually something my friends and I did on our free time.

Well, you may as well give it a go, then. For the ... experience. However, asking around for alternatives is not a bad suggestion, and I may take it under account. So, thank you.

Come on, man.

The point of karaoke is to sing and sing proudly!
