Elizabeth makes Alois want to be out of the house - it wouldn't be so tense if he wasn't so jealous. But he is, and he feels like she's always on Ciel, so spite's building up inside of him- calcium deposits, just, in his heart. So - yes, he's still going to march out and be doted on till he feels a little less like boiling over. But he'll come home before too terribly long, too, so that Ciel isn't too grey-feeling.
It still feels unfair.]

When he enters the bedroom, he's already wearing things he'd bought while he was out. (Changing rooms are good for that sort of thing.) Claude had suggested they go for shoes, and so they had; one pair in particular Alois had favored, made of very polished leather and with enough laces that he likes watching Claude tie them, but not so much that it starts to unsettle him. (Feet are sensitive things.) With them and up his legs, he's got stockings that are a little more open than usual - Alois doesn't often go for fishnet - but they look nice and he wanted to indulge this evening. He especially likes the roses that climb their sides; ( ... )
