Brief Summary of Character's Plot: Joe is planning to make the Newcomer Center a little more accessible as a kids outreach program to locals, hoping to help Ritsuka get bullied less at school this fall. Drank a Haruhi Suzumiya special, will never drink at Gearheads again. Thanks to helping Gideon Graves get on staff, he's begun guest DJing monday nights at Twins, where Kimihiko Ooe's introducing him to sumblinal music. He took Namine to a sidewalk chalk art festival, and their outing was ruined by some anti-newcomer sentiments. Found out Jinx is pregnant, isn't taking that one too well. Went camping with Sora and his friends. Is scoping out potential corporate targets with Red X, with Laughing Beauty as a potential partner in sabotage crime. Still needs to go witch hunting before his Soul Gem gets too corrupted, but he keeps putting this off.
