Got a hold of somebody last night in the town where Steve's family lives. Brandon is very close to Jackson, like Burien is to Seattle. The person who answered the phone at the fire department was very helpful. He told us there were no casualties in Brandon. There lots of downed trees, they had high winds, but minimal flooding. Steve's mom is in Jackson, Mississippi. Still a bit inland, but Steve's brothers and his mom are in our thoughts. We talked with her today. She seems to think that they will just get some rain and wind. Hope so.
I need to change the channel on the TV I think, and get Steve to as well.
