I am still alive!

I haven't written in forevaaaaaaa. I'm incredible bored right now, and what I should be doing is reading or something for school. Really, I should. And I might, I might get to that.

I am making supper tonight. Pork chops, broccoli and scalloped potatoes. A nice, well rounded meal and I'm going to cook it, all by myself (with Lindsay's help)! Mwahahaha! Fear my lack of cooking skills. I'll let you know if I burn the place down. (I tease, I tease... I'm really not that bad. Several people can vouch for that.)

School's been.. going. That's about it, just going. I can't believe it's October already. Where does the time go?!

Since no one is online, I have to resort to my LJ to talk to. Normally, I would just relay the events of my day to whomever would listen, but~ that is not possible right now. Since I have a lack of friends. Who are online. I had an enjoyable morning in both of my classes. Granted, I didn't catch much of the content of my first class, but I'm sure I got the gist of it... (I was too busy laughing in my head - that takes a lot of concentration you know.)

And then in second class, we talked a little bit more about the Kama Sutra... the sex aspect of it. Ah, good times, good times. There's all sorts of practical shit in there, like how to seduce someone else's wife, and all sorts of excuses to justify it. Thought I'd throw that out into the air, although I should be careful. :o There'll be a flocking of men to the book store to pick up a copy, hahaha. >>

So, I work way too much this coming week. Noooot impressed. When I said 3-4 shifts a week, I meant 3-4 shifts... not 5. Maybe~ in the language of idiot, that translates to "I want the most hours out of every other employee." Clearly, I have to get a better English-Idiot dictionary. Perhaps I'll pick one up with the extra money I'm scoring this week. Now, 5 wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have several things due the following week. Like an essay. And a bibliography. And probably other shit, like tests. Goddamn it all! Why did they do this to meeeee?? And no day off for Thanksgiving! That's all fine and dandy for everyone else who doesn't have to travel to a different city to get their meal, but you'd think they would have been at least a little more considerate. Of course, I should have remembered to sign it off.... *sigh*

Cat fur looks so shiny in the sun...... *pets Suki* So shiny and soft...

Speaking of shiny and soft (and this in no way is connected to what I'm about to say), Harvest Moon has completely eaten my soul. How can such a simple game inspire such procrastination? So great. I'm half way to getting all my musical notes, I'm married, pregnant (and oddly enough, still doing all the hard labour out in the fields, tending to the animals and all that....) and decently well off in the way of money. If this were real life in the era of farming, I would be completely accomplished. Now all I need is more laaaand. To plant croooops. For more moneeeeeey. <3

I really need to update more often. >> But I'm going to go do something productive now. Mm hm. Productivity. One of life's many mysteries.
