Saw and met Lewis Black, the fucking prick!
Brent surprised me by getting tickets to see Lewis Black as soon as the went on sale (incredible seats) and not telling anything about them, just coming home on Friday and saying he hoped I hadn't picked up any shifts over the weekend because I needed to be "free" on Sat. night.
So we went to the Cities and saw Lewis and he was fucking hilarious and his opening act was just as hilarious in a different way.
Then we waited in the theater after the show and got autographs, I let the guys "sneak a peek" ( ;-) Ha!,) and we got two photos, one that didn't take and one that you can barely tell what's what on. I highly doubt you can even make out my cleavage in the shot, which is really too bad, as The Lion and The Cobra were in top form that night.
(okay, I'm silly, I'm going to try to fall asleep in Aisy's bed now among her 101 Dalmations' sheets.)
Oh, speaking of which: she wrote and recorded two songs the other day about birds and dogs. They are SO cute and awesome. I think when she is a vet she'll have to use one or both of them as the jingle/s for her office commercials.
I will post ASAP.
