(no subject)
It was the first day in 3 weeks I have seen the clouds part and the sun shine; I just left work at lunch, ran home and went to the park. I was walking around and I saw a malachite kingfisher in the wild!
I also went to the zoo, and saw a professional photographer who came over and asked me where I found a nikon quick release strap (he was using an op/tech), I told him I made it myself (and showed him how the quick release parts were from a hacked apart op/tech).. heh, he said he was going to do the same when he got home: only takes time, scissors, and a lighter.
