Ok, so now that August is heading out at full steam, I suppose it's time to get ready for my final undergraduate school year. And it feels really weird. Part of me feels like 'ok, fine, whatever. It's another school year, more of the same and all that.' But the rest of me--whenever I remember, that is--is like 'whoa there, this is it! Last year of school.' Of course, the fact that it is not officially the last year of school helps soothe that part of my brain, since grad school is the most likely thing on my up-and-coming. But the part where I have to go through a graduation ceremony and all that jazz still gives me pause. And the part where I have to jump through a myriad of grad-school-app-hoops doesn't help. Speaking of which, I should probably get on that, eh?
So there you have it. My last month of summerly freedom is over, and the weight of academic responsibility is fast impending. Yay?
