(no subject)
So the past few weeks have felt a bit like a sine curve, if you will. A couple good things and a couple not-so-good things. Meh, such is life.
Anyway, the good is that Kristin, Justin and I finally managed to get over to the Arb a few weekends ago. Very cool, at least for Kristin and myself. That place makes me happy. Of course, this was on top of making it over to the library and getting more books. The epitome of happiness right there.
Another cool thing was the off-kilter Halloween party we threw last friday. Very entertaining, and it was a lot of fun. Actually, it mainly consisted of watching MST3K and talking...but that's ok, because it was good. Couple that with the fact that I'm spending the actual Halloween in the library doing homework, and I think the integral is 0.
But serious awesomeness over here...my boss presented our work to date at a conference in DC yesterday, and he said they loved it. That makes me insanely happy.
And I'm finally done with this batch of midterms...bring on the next round! Well, preferably after I sleep for a really long time. Which won't happen, but a girl can dream, right?
