Feel crappy. Congestion, sore throat. Etc.
Worked out anyways. Workout was okay. I can do four pull-ups at a time lately. It feels like they work completely different muscles than the WLPD.
The daily Tarot card for guidance was the IV of Cups. I don't really buy into the mystical power of the tarot, but the psychological side of it is fascinating - the process of thinking about whether this does or does not relate to you, and looking for meaning in the imagery. So that's cool.
Anyways the card is a guy sitting by himself under a tree while a cloud offers him a cup. It's apparently meant to represent an opportunity for emotional growth but also a warning not to be too closed off. And an indicator, maybe, to appreciate what you have instead of getting lost in an introspective funk. Which is something that I am remarkably prone to do..
Accordingly, I am trying to take stock of what I've got rather than fixating on stuff I don't.
