Happy meme
I am behind on this and am unlikely, really, to go back and fill in something happy for all the missed days. It's not that there aren't happy things for them, it's just difficult to sort out where one day ends and another begins on vacation. I will get up to 8 days eventually, though.
Still, two more:
Yesterday: I finished the Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman, which should be enough to make most people happy. Certainly it worked for me. It's sort of a young adult-y novel, but in the good way where it makes the book very easy to get into. It's still vivid enough to make an older person sit back and say, "Oh, I remember that part of being that age, too.." so the audience is a bit more broad.
Today: I got a very geeky but still pretty cool calender. I got to feed White Castles and Fatburgers to Ryo, who was a good sport about the White Castles. I got some new pants which, while not high fashion, aren't hideous and are certainly better than most of my current pants..
