Maybe it's because they were a group, maybe because they were my late-grandmother's friends and colleagues, maybe because I didn't know them at all, and maybe because they knew me before I could walk.
And here I thought you were the quiet type.
I'm constantly around people accustomed to my exuberant and talkative nature so I never really notice, but I now that I stop and think about it, I guess my first impression is that of a reserved girl. This is true insofar as strangers go, but give me a couple minutes to loosen up and I'm off again. My aunt was there when Catherine made the comment and she laughed, recalling her first experience with my unrestrained and spontaneous behaviour at the beach volleyball tournament in '07.
So f-list (and anyone else), my question to you: if you have any, what common but false impressions do people have of you?
