must cleanse!

i feel like shit. long hours and binge eating have pushed me over the edge. i am feeling disgusting. must cleanse myself of all the crap i ate yesturday. my plan is to eat only veggies and fruits until i feel better. no bread, no sugar, no sweets, no meat. just fruits and veggies.
