From the archives... Peppermint Foot Bath:
Forget Calgon, try this! Here's a little treat for your feet I thought I'd share...
Fill a large bowl with hot water, add 1 teaspoon of sweet almond oil and 3 drops of peppermint essential oil. Swirl with your fingers. Submerge your feet and relax for about 10 minutes until they feel cool and tingly. You can add pebbles to the bottom of bowl and roll them around with your feet for an added foot massage.
I did this last weekend and it was heavenly! Afterwards I rubbed the remaining oil on my legs and it smelled and felt so good. Ahhhhhh.
