She also started first grade last week. Her best friend Hannah is in her class this year, but thankfully they sit across the room from each other. ;)
Kitties are doing well. They like to escape though and try to run past me every time I open the door.
I started jogging again. I've covered 16 miles since Saturday, but I fast-walk the majority of the time. I'm trying to get to where I can run 3 miles straight through. Sybille asked me to do a relay in 3 wks, but then decided we should do the Keep Austin Weird 5K instead. It's billed as the slowest race in Texas and they have tacos and ice cream along the route. Haha, kind of defeats the purpose! Anyway, it feels good to get active again. I had been doing the hot yoga thing but when my pass expired I was doing the nothing.
Not much else going on, which is good. Summer was a whirlwind!
