While working on Grandpa's birthday slide show, I'm going through tons of old photos that my aunts have sent to me. I scanned this one last weekend. I'm having so much fun with this project!
This was taken as a promo for my grandfather's canning & pickling products that were called "Country Girl". He had his own line of foods that he sold in his grocery store and also shipped them out all over the country. I remember his Ford Econoline van that always smelled like pickles.
