The Texas saga continues
Congratulations on being selected for the position of Help Desk specialist with XXXX Mortgage Corp in our Lewisville TX office. You will be eligible for a signing bonus of 10,000.....
What?? How much? Wow! Uh, er, okay. Well now what do I do? I can sign the form but then I have to agree to at least work no less than 1 year in Texas.
Let's see of course uncle scam will take his share. From there I can use 2,500 to rent a truck and drive my sorry ass (towing car) out there. AND THEN use the rest or a portion for rent (first, last and deposit) for a place. Now this will leave me with what?? Not sure.
I finally had my taxes done last night. I'll be paying uncle scam 182.00 plus a 100.00 penalty fee. (ouch) as for Cali?? 119.00. Not that bad except for the fact I've been broke for about 1 1/2months. On a good note I did manage to talk to a NICE person at uncle scams office. AND said he was going to fax my employer a letter stating that the wage garnishment will no longer be for that huge amount BUT a measly 200.00. Woohoo! Yippie! I may even get a REAL paycheck this pay period! (but will not hold my breath).
Well that's it for me. I'm off to bed to have my nightmares. (oh boy)
