The kitten form of a cat she used to have that was strangled and tossed at her front door, so sort of like a reverse-aged gift of a cat that she'd owned, yup.

Say your character has a fondness for collecting tiny porcelain tea cups that they've never mentioned on the network, or a similar hobby or interest it would be odd for the general public to know. Hypatia would know this from her constant, 24/7 Big Brother-y surveillance of the network.

In the case of items that actually belong to the character, it can happen through obvious methods (say she found a wallet with the ID of a certain character in it and gave them that), or through simple fudging it on the muns part ('I want x to receive y from their world, make it happen please').
