Most of his attention on Tron, Flynn locked the bedroom door behind them and muted his wearable with a few quick gestures. The walk back and tense elevator ride with Tron agitated but silent had given him time to calm himself, counting breaths like a novice to keep thought at bay while he surrendered the temptation to fall into the kind of anger that would make him useless, to Tron or anyone else.
The Captain America outfit, the good humor of it stolen by circumstance, had become grotesque, out of place, but Flynn wasn't going to mention it if Tron didn't. He stood just inside the door, waiting to follow Tron's lead, ready to give him whatever he needed, if he even knew himself.
"Tron?" he ventured, softly into the taut silence.
