[The feed opens with Shepard sitting, arms crossed, in her favorite nondescript room on Sacrosanct. Given how long she's been hanging back off the network, there's good odds that most of the civilians on the station have never seen her (and therefore, can't identify her)...so it's a little curious that she's just decided to post a video feed.
Nevertheless, here she is, looking a little more serious and short-tempered than usual. If that were possible.]
So, that apologetic robot asshole shorted out yet or are we still waiting on a lightshow?
[She shifts slightly and drums her fingers on her armor. There's an almost thoughtful pause.]
Starting to regret not putting a few hundred thousand holes in him when I had the chance, but that's a correctable mistake.
[Shepard is being oddly casual and forthcoming, despite the thread of impatience running through her tone.]

People keep dropping off the radar, but no one has the why figured out. I seem to recall a few of you were looking in to that. Unless all of the scientists on this hunk of scrap won their credentials in a lottery, one of you has to have something.
