Another iLemming is born
Just ordered a red 8GB iPod nano. Yay.
I made a quick trip to the Apple Store this morning so I could see both the red and the black. Surprisingly, I liked the red much more. The black one looked like it showed more dirt and scratches, and the red one was just super sexy. So that's that.
Oh, and that click wheel is amazing. I don't know how one could make a better interface. Scrolling through the tracks or changing the volume can be done so much quicker than with my Sony MP3 player. Being able to store 16x as much music will be nice, too.
I think this is the beginning of a beautiful consumer/consumable relationship. I can hardly wait to buy cute little belt clips and armbands, maybe even that Nike+iPod kit!
I got my name and phone number engraved on the back. Don't worry, fleur, I'll keep it covered when I'm around creepy people.
