No matter what anyone says, rock-climbing after having given blood is still a brilliant idea. It gets your blood pumping back through you. Rob taught me how to boulder tonight. I bouldered for two hours.In the end I still could not conquer the last move of my challenge-route, but I learned a great deal about foot-work and I climbed until my forearms were shot.
